I work at the intersection of practical business strategy and spiritual growth.
For more than 30 years, I worked in administration at a world-renowned university, supporting leadership, academic planning, and complex organizational systems — while also developing my work as a singer, author, Reiki Grandmaster, and guided meditation creator.
What may appear to be two separate worlds — creative entrepreneurship and spiritual development — is, for me, one consistent thread: helping people gain clarity, confidence, and alignment in their work and in their lives.
I understand the language of entrepreneurs building something tangible and sustainable. I also understand the needs of seekers looking for meditation, reflection, energy alignment, and encouragement.
