Several hormones play a crucial role in influencing our mood, motivation, and overall well-being, which can in turn impact our ability to manifest our dreams. Here are some key hormones to focus on and strategies to naturally boost their levels:

Dopamine

  • Ways to boost dopamine levels include:
    • Setting and achieving small goals: Each accomplishment releases dopamine, reinforcing positive behaviours.
    • Engaging in activities you enjoy: Pursue hobbies and interests that bring you joy and satisfaction.
    • Exercise regularly: Physical activity increases dopamine production and can elevate mood.
    • Practice gratitude: Expressing appreciation for the blessings in your life can stimulate dopamine release.

Serotonin

  • Serotonin is often referred to as the “happiness hormone” and is linked to mood regulation, social behaviour, and feelings of well-being.
  • Strategies to enhance serotonin levels include:
    • Exposure to natural light: Spend time outdoors, especially in the morning, to boost serotonin production.
